Hello ... I'm kinda diving blindly into this as of 2 days ago... but what the hell right!? I'm ready to shake off these pesky extra pounds and learn to eat cleaner and get moving more! I'm a 37 y/o mom in the San Fernando Valley, let me know if there is another mom out there that would like to buddy up!
