Story of my life. Work really hard at the gym. Running 5k a day & eating so clean- Lose 30lbs. Kept off for two years.

Binge - gained all 30 pounds back within a year.

Lose again - killed the gym this time & ate a little more treats but in healthy portions.

Lost 33lbs again in 6 months.

Gained back over two years. Plus ten extra pounds

Back at square one and just had the biggest binge ever- which resulted me feeling awful about myself & now logging onto here and ready to jump back into it tomorrow morning.
Would love to meet others who need motivation

It's frustrating, I know. Perhaps try a different approach?
Lots of folks here have done well with NOT "eating clean" but eating what they want within their calories.
Others have done well with a low carb approach.
Others have done well by following something like DASH or South Beach.

YOU CAN DO THIS! But you've got to figure out what will work for/with you for the long haul. Hopefully you'll find there here/now.
    GOOD LUCK!

What you are describing is pretty typical of people who have either restricted too much, lose too fast, added an amount of exercise they can't keep up with long term, tried a fad diet, etc.

Try a moderate deficit. Eat foods you enjoy. Pick a calorie goal and an exercise program you can adhere to.
