Hi MyFitnessPal Community,

What foods do you eat on your occasional treat day/meal. Do you eat it once a week or eat healthy 7 days a week.I am looking to improve my diet

    Many of us set our profiles up to lose 1 pound per week or half a pound per week to give us more calories, then we fit those treats into our calorie goals. It works out really well for many. Others prefer to have one meal a week that's a treat. You're going to have to experiment to see what works for you. Beware of giving yourself a full day off every week because it could easily wipe out your week's deficit.

    I eat everything I like. I have only changed how much I eat. I just stay in a deficit.

    I treat myself with healthy yummy food every day. I stick to my calorie range every day.
