Many of us set our profiles up to lose 1 pound per week or half a pound per week to give us more calories, then we fit those treats into our calorie goals. It works out really well for many. Others prefer to have one meal a week that's a treat. You're going to have to experiment to see what works for you. Beware of giving yourself a full day off every week because it could easily wipe out your week's deficit.0
