You know how at the bottom after completing your food log at the end of the day it tells you how much you will weigh in 5 weeks. How accurate has that been for most of you? I'm just curious.

I've been curious about this as well. It's only a guideline so I'm sure it's not 100% accurate and depends on the person.0

Mine was very accurate for the first 3 months. Unfortunately for the last 3 weeks I have hit a plateau, so I'm sure it's not going to be right the next time. But so far it has been almost to the ounce.0

I haven't found it accurate at all. I do like having it there as a motivator though.0

Even staying within my calorie range, I lose slower than predicted :mad:0
