I'm having trouble losing weight and I know it's my nutrition. Can any of you share your weight loss tips/strategies for losing weight?

    A diary in the beginning is really helpful. It can accomplish a number of things:
    1. Helps you see how much you are really eating. Using MFP as your diary (which can be kept private) helps you easily see how much nutrition the foods you pick have or lack.
    2. Possibly help you figure out what foods may be not working in your favor. (Really bloated the next day may have to do with last nights high carb dinner, or this mornings stomach ache may have to do with having a glass of milk with breakfast, etc)
