Love Yourself Challenge

Hi everyone,
So I see a lot of challenges about numbers; reaching a certain number, losing a certain number, gaining a certain number....ect.
My challenge is a little different, no numbers required!
My challenge is more reminding you to love yourself no matter the number.
Everyday I would like everyone (who wants to participate) to answer the following questions:
1- What do I love about myself today
2- Am I happy today? why or why not
3 - What did I do today to better my tomorrow?
4- What are my goals of today?
5- What are my goals for tomorrow?
I really think if we look more into ourselves and less the numbers on a scale of tape measure then we will improve our lives.

1- What do I love about myself today - My butt
2- Am I happy today? why or why not - I am happy because I was able to finish all of my tasks at work
3 - What did I do today to better my tomorrow? - I attended a pole dancing class (helps me both physically and improves my confidence)
4- What are my goals of today? - Workout for at least 30min
5- What are my goals for tomorrow? -To not stress eat (my boss is coming back from a long vacation and will most likely be stressed from all of the emails she will have received and I soak up her stress like a sponge)0 -

1- What do I love about myself today - My arms
2- Am I happy today? why or why not - I am so so today, realized I grew wider since my last measurements which sucks but I also managed to do a "hard" move during pole which is awesome
3 - What did I do today to better my tomorrow? - I did a morning workout
4- What are my goals of today? - To not stress eat
5- What are my goals for tomorrow? - No artificial sweets (Day 1 of lent)0 -

2- Am I happy today? why or why not - I am alright today, sleepy, but good
3 - What did I do today to better my tomorrow? - I did a stretch routine to relax my sore joints
4- What are my goals of today? - No artificial sweets - Day 1 of lent
5- What are my goals for tomorrow? - No mindless snacking0 -

2- Am I happy today? So So, had a bad night sleep so really feeling out of it
3 - What did I do today to better my tomorrow? - sleep
4- What are my goals of today? - To not fall asleep at my desk
5- What are my goals for tomorrow? - Not overeat (potluck in the office)0 -

what do I love? My resilience
happy today? Yeah. I don't have to work tonight and my son is off school tomorrow so we are camping out in the living room.
What did I do for better tomorrow? Strengthened a friendship by visiting her in the hospital.
My goals today? Well, its over now so sleep well?
Goals tomorrow? Push through my soreness in my workout and have better control over my appetite.0 -

1- What do I love about myself today? My determination to never give up!
2- Am I happy today? No feeling down about myself and life, but I feel better than I did yesterday.
3 - What did I do today to better my tomorrow? I went for a run and then went out later for an added walk.
4- What are my goals of today? To get up and do the running that I did.
5- What are my goals for tomorrow? To eat only healthy foods.

2- Am I happy today? why or why not? Not really, and that is unusual for me...but I am facing an unpleasant life decision
3 - What did I do today to better my tomorrow? I worked really hard for my clients - It's important to me to approach work in the same way, no matter how I feel personally.
4- What are my goals of today? To not overeat. (Been doing that too much lately w all the stress)

2- Am I happy today? Feeling pretty good today,
3 - What did I do today to better my tomorrow? - not stuff my face during the potluck
4- What are my goals of today? - To not overindulge
5- What are my goals for tomorrow? - Rest0 -
1- What do I love about myself today My hair looks pretty good today!
2- Am I happy today? why or why not I'm pretty blah today. Having a 'fat thoughts' day.
3 - What did I do today to better my tomorrow? I'm trying to drink more water than I did yesterday.
4- What are my goals of today? Drink more water!
5- What are my goals for tomorrow? Do some type of physical activity enough though it's going to be freezing *kitten* cold.0 -
1- What do I love about myself today? Being willing to care for my grand baby while her mommy and daddy work.
2- Am I happy today? why or why not. Spending the day with my grand baby makes me pretty happy no matter what.
3 - What did I do today to better my tomorrow? I ate less junk today. Though, I'm drinking tonight.
4- What are my goals of today? Was to have no junk food. Made it through all day which is good but now having a drink.
5- What are my goals for tomorrow? No junk food tomorrow.0 -

2- Am I happy today? why or why not? I'm happy I guess. I have some things to look forward to in a couple months.
3 - What did I do today to better my tomorrow? Made overnight oats!
4- What are my goals of today? Walk on my break - done!
5- What are my goals for tomorrow? Keep walking in breaks, drink more water0 -
1- What do I love about myself today - That I get up early to do a small workout
2- Am I happy today? Not really, anxiety is kicking me hard today and It's taking all of my strength to fight it
3 - What did I do today to better my tomorrow? - not stuff my face with junk to make me "feel better"
4- What are my goals of today? - To not cry
5- What are my goals for tomorrow? - To workout for 30min0
