Any good cardio workouts on kodi?

I am looking for mostly pure cardio workouts (a little bodyweight work is OK) on kodi for my android box. I lift heavy at the gym and I don't have a car and it is freezing out I would prefer to do my cardio at home.

    Well, Kodi has a youtube app, so any cardio you like on youtube would be available on that. Sub it and it'll appear in the app (once you've activated it to your youtube account...).

    As to what cardio might be good on youtube? Someone else would need to help with that one :)

    ^^^ Yep! That's what I found too. I generally like Adrienne's yoga but there are some cardio vids on there you can check out. Also, points for using Kodi y'all!
