Addicted to fat burners?

My problem,addicted to burners,I don't even think they are doing anything it's just all in the mind I reckon.

    Don't many of them contain huge amounts of caffeine? Maybe you are kind of a bit hooked on them?

    I'm not really sure as I can get a caffeine buzz from coffee,I think it's a mind thing , I'm thinking you won't reach your goals without them.....

    So stop taking them

    You accept they're not doing anything for your weight, so throw them out

    You may get a caffeine withdrawal with associated headaches so plan for it

    Agree with @rabbitjb wholeheartedly. I remember a male friend of mine (healthy and in his mid-20s at the time) taking Thermobol and his ticker went mental! Heart racing, heart skipping beats etc. Went to see his GP and his doctor really told him off for taking this crap.
    This forum is FULL of people who achieved amazing results without resorting to chemicals. Just take your lead from them.
