Half way to my goal

I started 130 days ago at 220lbs and today I'm 186! Halfway to my goal and feeling great! I have a six month old baby and a six year old. I've officially lost all the weight from the six month old now I just have to lose the weight from my first.

Awesome !!! Plz share some tips
Hmm not sure what to tell you for tips so I'll just give a quick run through of what I've been doing.
I eat 1700 calories a day give or take 100. Monday to Friday I go to group fitness Classes at gold's gym where I burn between 450-600 calories depending on the class. The classes are:
Monday Centergy (yoga and pilates) 400 burn
Tuesday active (step cardio, weights, flexibility, core) burn 450
Wednesday ride (spin/bike) burn 600
Thursday active and centergy burn 850
Friday power (weight lifting) burn 500
I rest on the weekends. There is nothing that I have cut out as far as food goes. I'm actually just about to have pizza for supper. I just fit it into my calories for the day or week. I usually eat back some or all of my exercise calories depending on my hunger level. I have a bit of an extra buffer for calories because I breastfeed. That gives me an extra 300-500 so if my exercise or food tracking is off those extra calories help keep me on target.0 -
