I started on monday with my healthy eating and exercise and my goal was to lose a kilo in a week.i was supposed to weigh myself on monday but i went out and couldn't resist i weighed myself at boots i couldn't believe my eyes 1 kilo in 5 days was off me ☺ and i didn't starve myself x

    It's more important that you weigh yourself on the same scale, and under consistent circumstances (same place on hard surface, nude or in same clothes, in the morning after loo and before breakfast), than how often you weigh.

    You'll lose some water weight - in addition to the actual fat loss - in the beginning; just to make sure you won't be expecting to lose at the same rate all the time (and be disappointed when that doesn't happen).

    3 kilos in 2 weeks but I was on a bulk. Add soon as I stop I drop a couple of kilos easily. But after that it slows way down. Good job on kick starting your diet. Now you need to buckle up for the long haul
