I have recently pulled out my old Foreman grill, and have fallen in love again!!!

Lemon Grilled Chicken

1) Heat the grill to 350 degrees
2) Sprinkle both sides of boneless, skinless chicken tenders with Lemon Pepper.
3) Place on the grill and squeeze 1/2 a lemon, close the grill
4) Cook for13 minutes......at 6 min left, open lid and squeeze the other 1/2 of lemon over chicken, continue to cook the remainder of time.

I cook all of my chicken for the week for salads, sandwiches:)

What do you use yours for????

I forgot to tell you to spray the grills with olive oil spray.

I use mine all the time, but I've never needed to spray oil on it.

I buy meat in bulk and split it up in weighed portions and freeze. I can easily get 1 or 2 patties or filets out and throw it on there and cook it pretty fast. Very convenient and keeps me from wanting something higher calorie pre-made when I'm short on time.

Mine is small and only fits 2 patties or 1 larger chicken breast or fish filet. I bought it at tjmaxx and have never seen another one this small. When this gives out I guess I'll have to get a bigger one. I also can't change the temp. It just plugs in and heats up. I love it.

If you are planning to purchase one, buy the bigger one with removable plates (easy to clean), and temperature/minute timer controls. It's well worth the money!!:)

We do occasionally, but we prefer the regular grill. I think the only thing we use ours for is chicken.

I think I'm the weird one... I just use the pancake plates that came with my waffle iron... accomplishes the same thing.

I use wet paper towels to clean the still hot grill.

I've had one of the bigger models for years (don't recall if it has temperature control) but rarely use it as I don't have the counter space for it - it's such a pain to drag the thing out of the back of the pantry and make room to use it, then put it all away afterwards! Maybe I need to think about getting it out again. We bought it with an 'outdoor stand' but have never used that, so maybe I could find room to leave it out somewhere on that!

I only ever cooked burgers on it, so some of these other ideas are useful.

(And yeah, I usually used the wet paper towels to clean it before it cooled too much, too. Seemed to work well most of the time.)

GFG great for winter when you don't want to get outside. Get one with removable plates, makes cleaning a breeze, spray with Pam or something before cooking. Thin cuts of beef, chicken, fish work great. I get extension cord and put under vent hood to take care of fumes
