Recent Accident

Hi! I was recently in an accident where I fractured my pelvic bone. I've recovered pretty quickly but I am not allowed to work out yet, and I've gained weight in the past few months. I've always been a workout-person rather than a diet-person, and have started to watch my calories and nutrition intake. Any pointers?

    Finding healthy meals that you like and that are easy to prepare will make it easier. For me, most of my diet is turkey. I'm still learning about healthier eating habits.

    I use this app seriously, I use to just workout but wasn't getting weight loss. I have to date lost about 36lb total
