What is your diet like right now? Do you exercise at all? How tall are you?

Those are gonna be important things to know first.

I usually do protein shakes for breakfast, the a Sub sandwich for lunch and for dinner rotisserie chicken or fish with vegetables. I exercise 30 mins before and after work and I'm 5'7

How long have you been on that diet? Have you noticed weight loss on it?

Then you are already on the road to your weight loss!

I would take an average day from your current diet, and figure out how many calories you have been consuming, and what they consist of - how much protein, fat, and carbs.

Since that has been your diet for a few weeks now, and you have seen decent weight loss, I would use that as your baseline.

Once you get a picture of your macros (protein, fat, carbs) then you can shift those around. Making sure you take in enough protein to preserve muscle, enough fat to maintain testosterone levels, and then fill in the rest with carbs.

As for speeding up your weight loss, you've already lost about 4 lbs a week.

I'll get flak from other people, but starting off your weight loss you are right where you should be. The weight loss will naturally slow down after several weeks. When you cut out junk you lose a lot of "bloat" (mostly water weight) and can easily shoot to lose 3lbs a week, up to 5lbs a week for the first stage of your weight loss.

I would say that you are about maxed out on speed, and there isn't really a way to lose the next 60lbs you are shooting for any faster than you already are.

In reality, you should be mentally prepared for when weight loss goes slower. It is enduring the next stage of slower weight loss that truly determines what kind of person you are. Once people don't see the same fast results, they can lose hope, focus, and drive.

That's when you surround yourself by the people here who are also in the "lifestyle" of getting and being fit, not the race that can be won rapidly.

Edit: When I speak of weight loss slowing down, I believe that you can still lose 1-2lbs a week no problem, maybe 3lbs. For each person it will be different timing for when they move out of the first stage of weight loss and into the slower stage. Just know that when the scale starts moving down slower, as long as you've been consistent with your diet, you are entering that next phase.

Ok it's nice to know I'm on the right track...and thanks a ton for the heads up concerning the second stage. My goal right now is 210 I need whatever it takes to keep me in the game. Thanks again
