Better my performance

Hi, I love this app. I am looking to improve in my performance by trying to eat better. I struggle with chocolate, I love chocolate. I've been keeping track of my eating on this app for about a week and half now. I am not to the point that I barely think about chocolate but of course I have my moments.

    Good luck on your journey! I used to have the same problem with chocolate but after staying away from it for a while I can now see a piece without having the overwhelming urge to devour it. You got this!

    Try switching to high cocoa %, very dark chocolate. I can hoover half a block of milk chocolate but be satisfied with a couple of squares of really dark choc.
