    Inches is great and better than weight I believe because weight loss is mostly water. Inch with out weigh loss means you are turning the fat into muscle. You are becoming firmer and the bonus is you are raising your metabolism:wink: .

    I have told a few people that we could carry it over until July 1st if everyone wants.

    There are so few of us left it isn't hard for me to keep up with us now..LOL.

    Well I was only down 1/2 pound this week, but that is ok after the big one last week. :happy:

    Well I was only down 1/2 pound this week, but that is ok after the big one last week. :happy:
