Your Excuses?

Options
Mine today are:
I have depression - it's just too hard to do anything.
It's cold outside.
I don't want to wear jodhpurs again today.
I'm still aching from yesterday.

Now I've got those out of the way, I'm going to take my pills, put on a jumper, a pair of jodhpurs (with the promise that I can wear a dress later) and hop on my bike for an easy spin to help ease off the DOMS from the gym and get me where I need to go, then get started on todays jobs.

Do you have any to get off your chest??

    I haven't had a coffee yet.
    My legs are still aching from last night.
    It's the weekend.
    It's raining.

    Then we got up and went to the gym for the RPM class we were booked in for. :smile:

    I'm tired
    It's too much effort to change into my work out clothes

    I eventually groaned my way into my bedroom to put on my work-out clothes and did my p90x work-out.

    Somehow I survived.
