Don't know how I let it get this bad

Hi!
My name is Ashley and I'm 20 years old and unfortunately I weigh 215 lbs.. Last week I stood naked in front of the mirror and was disgusted with what I saw. Last week I was 225 lbs. I started using this app, working out and was more conscious of what and how much I was eating. I'm just scared that I'll lose my motivation to be healthy again. I need some people who I can count on the keep me accountable and on track but I'm too embarrassed to ask my roommates.. I'm trying to get down to 160-165. Please add me as a friend so we can help motivate each other to reach our goals!

    Ah! You are so young! Good job deciding to do this *now* rather than waiting another 5, 10, 20 years.

    Hi Ashely , I also started at your weight. You can do this ! Remember weight loss comes down to calories. Cico. All you need to do to lose weight is eat at a calorie deficit. Get yourself a food scale and learn all about weighing your foods.

    The younger you get started the faster it will come off. I'm 32 and I waited to long but I'm still trying to get my body back. If you need some motivation just shoot me a friend request.

    I will help motivate if needed. Just a friendly starter advice. Please eliminate the word "disgust" when thinking about your body. Accept where you are at right now and be diligent in moving forward. At you age, you'll be surprised how fast your body will cooperate. It is on your side!
