No, but I love chocolates and have been having one piece of Russel Stover's sugar-free chocolate after lunch to tame the craving. Roughly 50 calories in a two-bite piece. I'm referring to the chocolate coconut ones, but there are quite a few others.

    My fave...

    Instant pudding mix.....any flavor
    2.5c unsweet cashew milk
1 container of light cool whip.

Make pudding with the cashew milk. Allow to set. Once set, fold in the cool whip. Gives it a mouse like texture.

100g is 98 calories with my ingredients. You can use half a tub of cool whip, and its even less calories, gram for gram.

I actually eat a fun sized candy bar with lunch, most days. I also tend to have chocolate after dinner. You can have these things, as long as you account for them, in your daily caloric intake.

I LOVE Milano cookies, so usually I'll just buy a bag of them and then have 1 with lunch and 1 after dinner. The cookies themselves aren't that high in calories, it's just that if you sit down with a whole bag and just eat 1 or 2, so this biggest thing is just to portion them off. I also really love fun size candy bars, or sugar free pudding cups.

My biggest problem s sweets it;s hard for me to portion chocolate..lol... I been getting milk duds and after lunch & dinner I suck on a few one at a time (not chewing). So I'm not eating a lot but the flavor stays with me a while to help tame my cravings also butterscotch's help me too. I've also poured a box of brownie mix in a canister and take out a teaspoon or tablespoon at a time add just enough water to make it creamy and nursed it you can also microwave it a couple sec. to make brownie without the oil and stuff but I just do the mix..

I make my own protein pudding which is sweet, dense and incredibly filling.

    34g choc/peanut butter protein powder, I use 100% casein
    200g plain chobani yogurt
    30ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Mix it all together and store in the fridge. It only comes to a little over 200 calories. You can also sprinkle a few raspberries on top.
