To fight the cravings seem nearly impossible and then when I say I will just have a little I end up binging. Any tips?

    - Drink a cup of water and see if it helps
    - Honestly, to defeat the binge, you need to learn how to portion over and over again and make it into a habit. It must be a lifestyle change. So next time you snack on something, you must take control and say "NO". Feed to satisfy not to be uncomfortably full. Love yourself. Treat your body like a temple. Respect yourself and well being.
