Hi guys, I'm Tammi. I am new to this site.

I am new to this site. I am divorced, and ready to get back out into the dating scene. But first, I have to get this weight off! I belong to Planet Fitness but don't the first clue how to work out. I have been doing like 30 minutes of cardio, then I will spend about 30 more minutes on the machines. Does anyone have any good advice?? Thank you!!

    Start off with 5 minutes of cardio, then go through your workout, and end with 30 minutes of cardio. They should have a free trainer on staff that you can talk to and they will set you up with a routine.

    Make sure you take 2 days a week off from exercise for recovery. I usually take off Tuesday and Friday, specially while training for a heavy run. I have used the my fitness pal app for calorie counting and have lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks. It works great and it seriously only takes 5 minutes a day to log it once you get acclamated to it.
