    Thank you for explaining it. I was seeing it on here, so not being American and seeing it on here for the first time j thought it had to do with this app. That is why I asked the question. I do have access to the Internet and google, but since I thought it only had to to with this app, I never thought to google it. I appreciate for all that responded to tell me what it was.     yeah it was part of MFP. you log so many meals and are entered into a contest.
