I have a quick question. I'm not sure if anyone can answer it. So if you do cardio do you add it as exercise? Or does it count as the steps taken for the day? I'm not so sure thank you.

If you are wearing a step counter or some device that connects to mfp, also logging your cardio under exercise would be counting it twice. What type of exercise are you doing and are you using a tracking device?0

I'm not sure about steps but cardio should be counted as exercise.0

Just running on a treadmill. I have an iPhone so that tracks the steps only.0

Does it track the steps and input those #s into mfp? If not, you can use steps or time and distance on treadmill (ex: 15 min at 3.5mph) as exercise in mfp. If just counting overall steps for the day, I wouldn't log it as exercise until going over 10,000. What is your activity level set to?0
