Hello everyone. I joined WW last month felt I was getting very little for my money. The site malfunctioned daily. I did lose some weight on that program but it was so slow. I find that if I keep my carbs down, I can lose at least 2 lbs a week and that is my goal. I re-discovered this site and it is AWESOME! It offers almost the same stuff as WW and works better.
Just a note on motivation...move first and motivation will follow. If you sit around waiting to be motivated it will not happen.

    I read it somewhere and noticed that it is true. If I set all day on the couch I do not want to do my housework, but as I get started I feel motivated to finish. Same way with going to the gym or reading my Bible. Getting started is the key to staying motivated. Start each day.
