I'v just turned 59 in Dec. I felt that I know what it is like to be a fat adult. Now I am ready to be a new trimmer me as an elder adult. I already have lost 60 lbs in 2 years and I feel awesome. I do need to loose 60 more!

    Congrats on your loss! Log and stay within calorie range and u should be good to go

    Great!!! I'm 59 too and I feel great about getting in better shape to do more fun things... Good luck to you!
