Fallen off the Weight Loss tracking?

I failed last week because I was sick and felt in need of comfort food. I gained 1 kg. back on. I am not in a panic though because this isn't my first time failing. In fact it has been too many time already that I lose my track and then I just eat even more and ended up gained double weight that what I lose each year. It is too many time until I realised that It is all in my head.

So yeah, If you fallen off your track for a bit even it is just a day, a week, a month or a year. It is never too late to get back on track. Don't get panic. Starting to give yourself healthy food and add some small excercise to your daily routine. Shake it off!

    I do that as well. And I always beat myself up for it. I made a promise to myself this year that I will get healthier and I'm gonna do it no matter what. I have a 23 month old daughter depending on me!!
