February 2016 Multisport Challenge. Anyone can join in. New & Old. However, you must complete more than one sport.

Anybody want to join me for a multisport challenge? Set a goal and mark it every day here.

You can do any COMBINATION of swim, cycle, run, walk, treadmill, yoga or whatever it is that you do! Just be consistent. Your goals are your goals.

You can set your goal now but wait until Monday February 1st to start logging!

    Had to take a few days off, ill, and personal stuff going down at home. Anyway, first run since saturday and it was a 12minute test (5min warm up, 12 min hard effort, 5 min warm down). Put in my fastest 1km (3'55) and 1mile (6'44) during that 12 mins, so quite happy.

    Started out with the fast boys, held 2nd/3rd place for first km but couldn't keep that up and dropped right off. Finished a minute slower in 28th/104 2nd in age cat though

    On this day, my husband and I accomplished one of the goals that has been on my list since we arrived in Tasmania. We cycled up kunanyi/Mt Wellington!!

    We started in a location about 2 metres above sea level ... and cycled up and up and up until 24 km later, we reached the top at an elevation of 1271 metres (4170 feet).

    2/29 - trainer ride: 13.61 miles in 1:00:16

    Bike: 116.94 mi in 8.51 hours (7 rides)
    Run: 9.85 mi in 2.03 hours (3 runs and 3 aquaruns)
