I'm about to turn 50 and would like to gather a small group together who are serious about updating food and exercise and communicating on My fitness pal on a daily basis with a view to losing about 40ish pounds.

I am looking for an accountabilibuddy. I do Zumba 3 times a week, Barre 3 times a week, Tae Bo once or twice a week, and walk daily. It is snowing and cold here. I am in Kentucky.I started this routine 6 weeks ago. So far so good.
I have been a Weight Watcher member for the last 3 years. I have lost a 100 pounds. I walked 30-60 mins a day while doing this.

I am new. I will turn 50 in 4 months and am starting a 4 months to a fit 50 personal plan. I am going to lose a minimum of 50 pounds in total although not in the 4 months. Just want to be well on my way. This will put me below my pre pregnancy weight from 26 years ago.0
