Hello a small town Iowa kid all the way to the big city of Denver Colorado changing my life style to fit and healthy/ (bulked up to 200 pounds now ready to shred!!!) BtW the name is Jake!!! I welcome all looking for good health tips... If someone could drop some knowledge on how to add people on here that be very much appreciated
