Holiday Challenges -- Valentine's Day to Easter

We have a continuing challenge structured around holidays, that mainly serves to provide support and friendship for whatever your personal goals are. The way it works is that we have a spreadsheet for weight goals (loss, gain, or maintain), as well as exercise goals (you set them, although we also look at what the group as a whole does), and then we post our plans for the period. During the course of the challenge we set weekly goals and weigh-in and report exercise, and many people also report in daily.

I love this challenge -- it's the first thing I happened upon back when I started at MFP and I've used it during recent periods when maintaining -- and we'd love to have new people join in if you are interested in the support of a group for your own self-selected goals.
