Ready for a lifestyle change

Through out life I've had this belly which I never minded... Though now that I'm getting older and it's getting bigger I want to change that. No, I have to change that! I can't even believe I let myself get to this point but now it's time to work my way out of this hole. I feel I can do it, I just can't let myself get lazy, not at all....
