Hey everyone!

I have been struggling with weight for years now and have finally figured out how to do it right. Started out with 285lbs 7 years ago and started getting it down slowly while zig zagging. Stopped at 245 in 2013 and came down to 233 end of 2015.

So this my 3 weeks progress. Change in weight about 7 lbs. Current weight 225lbs.
