Hi everyone

One quick question....how do you log the 30 day shred in your exercise diary???

I am new to both the site and exercise lol and don't have a hrm....I tried putting in 30 day shred and just shred but neither were recognised. I figured since so many are doing this program someone could help me with what to log it as.

    Most people on my friends list log it as circuit training, I think!

    I write it in myself, but took the measurement from circuit training, around 237 calories for 20 mins. :smile:

    I log it as circuit training, and checked it with my HRM and its pretty close. MFP has it at a slightly higher burn rate so I put in 20 mins instead of the 25 or so you are doing the dvd for.
