New Friends Wanted!

Hi, I'm a mum of two from West Sussex looking to loose some weight and improve my fitness levels this year. I'd like to loose around 10 - 15lbs and I need friends to motivate me and keep me on track. I've just started doing yoga and have completed W2 of a c25k programme. I am fairly active as I'm dashing around with my two toddlers and my dog all day but I need to make sure I calorie count and drink more water instead of existing on coffee!     Hey I'm a mum of 2 from Oz. I'm on my last week of P90X and am looking for my next program to do. I also attend PT once a week. I love working out but naughty food is my downfall.
    60kgs is my short goal but I eventually want to get to 55kgs and stay there.
