Hi,
I am mew to this. My friend recenlty introduced me, and its really fab. I have followed other programes, but this is better, as you can see charts and chat to others and its free.! Haha. I want to lose at least 14lbs by 6th August and then at least 28 more pounds after that. This is going to be the last time I try, and it WILL be Done! I started on Friday, but had a blip yetserday and I am really hungry today. If you can give me any tips let me know! :smile:

    Hi,
    I highly recommend drinking a LOT of water. I try to drink 1/2 my body weight in oz every day. Not only will this help you loose weight but it will also kill your appetite. I have to force myself to eat 6 meals a day. If I don't plan out what I am eating throughout the day I will miss meals or even worse, eat the wrong foods. I tried eating just 1200 to 1500 calories a day and ended up not loosing weight because my body had gone into a starvation mode and shut down my metabolism. Try to eat 1800-2000 calories per day and exercise everyday. Even if its only 30 min of exercise. As you get into better shape, extend your workouts to 60 min. Try to incorporate both cardio and weight lifting into your routine. If you do this you should have no problems reaching your goals. Good luck.

    Yes I agree with the guys! Plenty of water...it's the way forward and it does help to flush out all the toxins and supresses your appetite. I will support you in every way I can, you know that. Keep the faith and try to keep yourself busy so that you do not even think of food x
