Hi there
So I'm not sure what is wrong. I run, I do weights, I eat cleanly yet my weight does not move. MFP and my Fitbit have me eating 1500 cal minimum and that increases with my daily activity. I am 40 and weigh 190. I don't understand. Help please.

  • How are you measuring your food? Scale, measuring cups, or eyeballing it? That's where I usually start. Also, are you eating back your exercise calories? It is possible that it's over estimating how many calories you're burning. Lastly, how long have you been at this with no results?

Whether you eat "clean" or not is irrelevant. Are you weighing what you eat?

This sounds incredibly frustrating. Glad you came here to vent. It feels unfair to work so hard and not see results. I am trying to be gentle with myself and trying to be patient. It's tough! It's going to be tough for a while.

Same questions for you. The more information you give us, the more we can help you.
