:happy: I found this site through an old school friend and it's fantastic. I'm lucky enough to be a reasonable weight I just don't eat too healthily. So working around my 3 young children, midday supervisor job and fiance working 14hr shifts means I pick a lot and am tempted to miss out snacks on other food diaries etc. MFP is great I can log it all down on my phone, including the exercise (and a 2, 4 and 8 yr old keep me active!). I am marrying my long term fiance in August and want to tone up my jiggly bits and generally be a bit healthier for that and long term for the kids. This site seems very friendly and I would love to add a few friends to help keep me motivated to the big day and beyond! Amy

Hi, Do you find it easy to fit exercise in around your children? I find it quite difficult to find the time but am really making an effort to get to the gym over the next few weeks (I hope!).0
