Just wondering if anyone uses any other decent apps or website to assist with their weight loss goals.

I use: Adidas Train and Run (MiCoach), Happy Scales and 7M Workouts.

What do you guys use and can you recommend any for me to try out?!

Thanks

I recently started using Happy Scale and I love it. It makes me feel so much better even if I haven't gone under my lowest weight yet... I also have Eat This Much and C5K.

C5K or C25K is couch to five k - a walk/run program that gets you from basically sedentary to running 5 km. The structured plan has been around for years but now there are a bunch of apps that give you audio cues on when to run and when to walk.
  • I use an app called youfood so I can take pictures of my food before I eat it so it posts it to the app and its like a visual food diary in addition to using myfitnesspal to log my food..I also use endomodo that tracks the calories I burn when I walk, dance or any other activities

S Health on my Samsung. I'm considering writing my own app though for all health information of my interest (with customizable categories). I need to look into how MFP syncing works.
