Greetings Fitness Pals!
Having received a TomTom spark as a Christmas gift from DH, I was led here as MFP was one of the 'linked' websites. Although I haven't linked to it yet , I discovered that the food and exercise diary is invaluable. Previously I had been counting macros and calories and using a notebook. The diary makes the job a breeze.

So a little about myself... I'm 63, 5'5" and have maintained 121-125 lbs for 10 years, but now (after kickstarting my metabolism on Hayley Pomroy's FMD) I'm hoping close that window and maintain at 119-121 lbs.
Currently on a week of the Dukan staircase (to catch the holiday season bloat) and will move over to FMD foods on Jan 4, since it's a Monday.

I exercise religously and as Hayley suggests, i.e. cadio on high carb days, weights on high protein days and yoga on the last 3 days (mod carb, good fats and mod protein).

    I'd love to know how it's working for you A pinalady! It's been great for me, but you've been doing it longer so I'd love to know if you kept it up past January!
