I wanna lose weight

I done this few times, I stick to it for a bit then give up.
I did slimming world but this is cheaper

    hey! I have been through the same thing where i am on and off...on and off..so now i finally have decided that enough is enough and im going to loose weight. I have officially began my journey today, i was 180lb in 2009 and now im 320lbs. lets do this! add me and we can support each other.

    Welcome back :smile:. What I found works for me is thinking of this as a permanent lifestyle change, not just losing weight. It's about forming good habits in terms of nutrition and exercise that I can maintain for the rest of my life. So there's been a lot of education around what I should be eating, what a balanced diet looks like and what activity levels I should be achieving in order to get fit and healthy. I think it's also important to have both short and long term goals - short term to give you success in achieving something (positive feedback loop) and long term 'stretch' goals that keep you tracking toward your target. It may be hard at first but it gets easier and is very rewarding. Good luck!
