Pee color health indicator

Since there are always posts about drinking or not drinking 8 glasses of water a day and comments about debunking the myth, I though that this article about the color of the urine as a health indicator, and which foods contain a large amount of water would be informative and helpful. Enjoy and don't shoot the messenger.
