Hi, I'm Denise. So, I had been avoiding the scale for a long time....but I knew I had gained. I was feeling frustrated and knew I had to make some changes. I can't keep up the same lifestyle and end up where I want to be. I got on the scale and got that clue by four about the reality of my weight gain. No more head in the sand. I had tried MFP a couple of years ago and found my last entry from 2013 and realized that I had gained 15 pounds since then and was trying to loose then. would love to have that last 2013 log in weight now! I'm committing to logging my food, and getting at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week, taking my vitamins and taking better care of me this year. Turning 54 in a month and want to see forward progress in the next 4 weeks.
