I'm trying to eat healthy and work out as much as possible. I have a full time job as a kindergarten teacher and two little, very active boys at home. I do not have any me time. Occasionally I go work out before picking my boys up after work, but then feel guilty. I lost weight back off from my first baby, but not on the second one. It does not help that I'm now 32. I'm portioning meals, and trying to learn how to make healthy food, but could really use some motivation on here if possible! Thanks.
