Hi! Tonight I broke down and admitted to my husband that I am self destructive when it comes to my health. I am diabetic and overweight. Making a lot of seriously bad choices and hurting my family because of this. I want to stop. I want to allow myself to be happy. I am also afraid. I have tried many times to lose and been unsuccessful. I am in my mid 40's and diabetic. I am afraid it isn't possible to lose weight. So, I am here to try again at weight loss and to do it with support.

    Don't give up, I'm a new member too. I started 10days ago (watching calories) with this app and so far I've lost a number of pounds. I believe you can do it as well! ;) I'm 42 and type2 and work 12hr nights at a desk. It's difficult to find time but think positive. Remember. ..every effort counts. :)
