Hey everyone! First time using this and I'm stoked about it! My goal is to drop 20 pounds and become the healthiest, strongest version of myself by graduation - the end of may. Looking forward to being inspired and to inspire others! :)

    Great school Haley! I used to do sessional lectures in the Heakth Information Science Program there. Add me if you want. I am training for a big mountain expedition. Looking to get leaner and stronger. Prob another 5-10 lbs of the hardest fat to lose!
