Motivation to stop the late night snacks!

Hey everyone, I am in a bad weight spot these days. In undergrad I had lost 15-20lbs by eating healthy and doing simple 30 min cardio about 4x a week. Now that I'm in professional school I've gained it ALL back. Not only is it hard to maintain my gym time, but I just cannot stop eating! Anyone else having this issue and wanna buddy up with me to stop eating late at night? And to go to the gym even when your tired?

I'm not in the exact situation but even through my progress I still have this urge to snack late at night. One thing that really helps me is having a cup of tea or something with no calories while I read or do whatever late at night. Committing myself to the gym as well on all week days, and getting into the habit of going when I don't feel like it!0

I noticed increased weight loss when I cut night time snacking, in combination with a consistent workout schedule and proper nutrition. Give it a serious try for 2 weeks and see what happens. Maybe the possible success will serve as ongoing motivation. Wishing you the best in this.0
