Never stop snacking

i tried to eat fruit whenever i am craving, and I eat snack constantly each day probably once every two hours. I would either eat an apple,orange and grapes or reach for unhealthy crackers and doritos

im a massive snacker during the day. Its ridiculous. To keep to my calories, i just make sure my breakfast and lunch are low calorie alternatives. I.e. just a yoghurt for breakfast (100cals), snack on grapes and crackers until lunch which is usually 250 cal or lower, snack the afternoon then have a nice rounded 500-600 calorie evening meal (depending on whats left).0

That's fine unless you are having trouble staying under your goal. In which case I would suggest setting aside a certain number of calories for snacks and laying out foods that meet that number ahead of time.0
