Hi im bree im 22 i to am trying to lose a few kilos (8) any exercise is good the more u move the better i personaly crank music and dance i look stuipd i litterly wiggle shake and jump haha i only joined this a few days ago but started weightloss journey 3 wks and 1 day ago and have lost 2 kilos having fun watching what i eat i wish you all the best of luck anyone is more then welcome to add me as a friend we ROCK much love xx0
