I have been doing1200 calorie diet and treadmill for almost a month. I am 10.4 pounds but starting to get frustrated because it seems like the weight is just not coming off fast enough. I know it takes time but needing support and motivation. I feel like giving up at times.

How much are you losing? Current/goal weight, height, etc?
Are you weighing your food with a scale and logging?

I don't cheat and I do my treadmill 7 days a week. I don't know what to do at this point

Ok. Is the 10.4 in your post, pounds that you've lost so far? How much have you been losing per week?

It is what I have lost. It's roughly 2.5 pounds a week and I know that is good. I just don't notice any change in myself at this time

Ah. Visual changes can take a while, with others noticing way before you do even. I know this is a bit 'captain obvious' but we've just got to hang in there, and the changes will come. Promise. :)

Do you take progress pictures. You may not notice small changes happening over time but a side by side might show some results.
