Tired Moms.. Need Motovation

Any clue how women have children and find time to exercise ? I'm a full time student, work 40-45 hours in 4 days working at a restaurant that specializes in... Chicken wings..
I always get these moments throughout the day when I feel like super mom! I'll get up before my daughter does (5am) and get a workout in and it will make me feel good right? But then I get home from work around 2 am if I'm lucky (restaurant closes at 1 am).
I'm constantly tired and feel like I don't have any time to focus on my body which it awful.

Moms, how do you do it? Please give me some insight, any suggestions would help so much.

    Maybe you should try one of those apps that helps you get exercise throughout the day.

    I work full time and have a baby and a 3 year old. The only excercise I get is an occasional walk to the park 1-2 days a week

    I workout with the kids. They enjoy it and I'm modeling good habits. It can sometimes be annoying because they get under foot. Or I get on the treadmill when my husband is home so he keeps an eye on them. Some days there just isn't time and I don't beat myself up about that.

    You seem to get lots of exercise at work so I wouldn't worry about work outs on those days. I would worry about the chicken wings and eating a healthy meal before work to take away temptation. On the other days find something active you can do with your daughter even if it is just turning up some music and silly dancing around the house while cleaning. I love the new Cheerios commercial.
