800 cal a day is probably why you haven't had a period! That is not healthy.0 -
At 800 cal/day it is highly unlikely your body is getting the needed nutrition to function normally.0

I was about to make a post regarding this! I too am ravenous with hunger the week before! I feel I gain around 5 lbs and any progress I make the rest of the week goes down the drain. I also feel fatigued and drained about 1-3 days prior and pushing myself to do a workout is a huge chore. I try to eat a few extra calories but in healthy foods and only give in slightly to cravings. Once aunt flow is in town all these "issues " pass immediately.0

Yes, when I was overweight, my periods were very crampy and heavy. The more weight I lose and the more I work out, the lighter they get. You may be simply adjusting to the new lifestyle change.

Your diets may be overly restrictive, and your doctor may not be aware of that.
Make sure you're eating 50-75% of your exercise calories back, and you haven't set your weekly weight loss goal to be too aggressive.
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal

the only thing i notice is my hunger level rise and its not an appetite i want to mess with either - biscuits are my thing. i know when it hits its ridiculous..
i wouldnt exercise if i felt tired. it will ease..just wait then start up again.0 -
What do you all gain around the time of the month?0
-
If you're tired/crampy then take a day or two off. I get debilitating cramps for the first few days and choose not to exercise at that time.0
-
B Vitamins may help with the fatigue, I take them every other day normally but take them every day during the week of my period.0
